The Tea Garden Hainanese Milk Tea is a Must-try!!!
According to the story, when their great ancestor first traveled from China to Nan Yang, they find the western tea was not pleasing their plate. So their ancestors decided to create a new type of tea for their own pleasure. The very first Hainanese Milk Tea was then created by their ancestor by mixing the Chinese Tea and milk, that had a bitter taste and is unwelcome by most. So their grandfather re-invented another version of Hainanese Milk Tea by using the traditional Indian Black Tea, and mix with condensed milk and hard sugar. These rich flavour, once mixed perfectly, will be even more mellow and pleasing. There comes the Hainanese Milk Tea today..... ^o^
